FAA Part 107 sUAS drone pilot
Asset Drone is always looking for licensed FAA Part 107 sUAS “drone” pilots in all regions and all states. We have a mix of contract pilots and full-time pilots, and are always looking to expand our network of pilots around the U.S. If you are interested in working for us, please send us a brief resume, to include at least your full contact info, FAA Part 107 license number, a brief description of your drone flight experience/hours, and a list of any drone and camera equipment you own and use. Asset Drone may also provide drones to be used depending on the job or contract.
Licensed land surveyor
Asset Drone contracts and partners with various licensed land survey professionals and companies around the U.S. Often we deliver preliminary topos and photogrammetry to developers or construction companies, that do not need to be legal surveys, but we still like to utilize professional, licensed surveyors to produce and validate our reports. If you are interested in working for us, please send us a brief resume, to include at least your full contact info, state surveyor license number(s), a brief description of your land survey experience, including any work with overhead photos/aircraft, drones or drone companies, and a list of any survey equipment you own and use, including RTK capabilities. Experience operating certain software such as Pix4D or RTKLIB to produce highly accurate maps and surveys using drones is a plus. Strong knowledge of various coordinate systems, geoid and other correction mechanisms is a requirement.
Sales / marketing
Asset Drone has full-time and contract marketing and sales experts. We are always looking for people with great personal contacts in the following fields: real-estate tax appraisal; real-estate development; construction; infrastructure and utility inspection such as cell towers, wind turbines, oil and gas, railroads, bridges, power and telecom distribution, etc. Candidates should have years of experience working in, or selling into, decision-makers in those verticals.

Independent marketing and sales
Independently research, develop and follow-up “cold-call” style to those above industries. Using Linked-In and other methods, such candidates should be able to independently find and contact decision makers, setup meetings and introduce Asset Drone as a unique service provider to their industry. Many of these roles are commission-based, with no upside cap, you can earn as much as you can sell. We have a sales funnel of potential leads that we continually feed these team members.
We frequently have the need to create, modify, validate and analyze various GIS and mapping efforts. Examples might include receiving an export of shape-files from a county, that needs to be massaged and confirmed, correlated with addresses, or otherwise modified. We may also need to create shape files using photographs or other sources, as part of a project deliverable. Strong knowledge of various coordinate systems, geoid and other correction mechanisms is a requirement.
